Shipping and handling fee is $10 or 10% of product cost, whichever is greater.

Products will be shipped within Canada only.

Delivery is made via Canada Post.

We reuse boxes to reduce cardboard in our landfills.

Please allow 28 calendar days for InnovAid to post a custom order once the order form is received with all information completed. For purchasers such as parents, an order form is considered complete when all information is collected and payment is received. Orders will not be processed until then.

A non-customized order must be cancelled before the package is posted. Customized orders can be returned only with the approval of InnovAid.
